Business acquisition pricing is 10 × owner-attested trailing 12-month revenue. The acquiring company owns 100% after verified closing; the seller retains no equity and continues as day-to-day operator under the signed management agreement.

The agreed single QuranCoin principal is paid as Day 0 initial, Day 45 top-up to 25% cumulative, and Day 90 remaining 75%. Each installment requires an externally signed Cosmos MsgSend and confirmed native chain execution. Calendar due dates use 17:00 America/Los_Angeles, with early prepayment permitted under the agreement after Day 0 and prior confirmed installments. No automatic broadcasts are scheduled. Wallet minting is available for the verified DarCloud acquisition contract; each deal still requires external fulfillment evidence. Ownership transfer also requires signed closing documents. Final completion requires an immutable evidence packet, the seller’s acknowledgment and all three confirmed installments. Never paste private keys or seed phrases.
