QuranCoin buyout + NFT
Propose selling your asset to the acquiring company for QuranCoin and an NFT with defined contractual rights. For a business acquisition, the acquiring company would own 100% after verified closing; the seller would retain no equity and continue as the day-to-day operator under a management agreement. A separate rental agreement can govern continued use of other assets, with an agreed portion of collected rent proposed for reinvestment.
Private proposals · closing workspace availableAccepted deals can use externally signed native QuranCoin payments in the Closing workspace. NFT delivery and legal closing remain separate obligations; a payment does not automatically transfer ownership.
01 · Buyout
Record the asset, obligations and proposed QuranCoin consideration. Business proposals use an unverified price formula of 10 × trailing 12-month revenue, in the reported revenue currency. That price is separate from QuranCoin quantity and NFT terms.
02 · Operating terms
Business sellers would operate day to day under a required management agreement, without retained equity. Other assets can have a separate lease defining use, maintenance, insurance, costs and obligations. Ownership changes only after verified closing.
03 · Reinvestment
Record a proposed percentage and whether it applies to gross rent or net rent after costs. No allocation or investment return is promised by this application.
