Welcome to DarCloud Empire. By accessing or using any of our services, websites, or applications operated by DarCloud Holdings LLC ("DarCloud", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or using any DarCloud service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

DarCloud operates a multi-brand ecosystem spanning cloud infrastructure, fintech, healthcare, logistics, AI, blockchain, media, real estate, and commerce. Each brand may have supplemental terms specific to its service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Refunds are handled per our refund policy — generally pro-rated for annual plans within the first 30 days.

• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Resell access without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All DarCloud brand names, logos, designs, and content are the property of DarCloud Holdings LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable laws including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

8. Sharia Compliance

Certain DarCloud services, including Dar Al Nas Bank and DarTakaful, operate under Sharia-compliant principles reviewed by our independent Sharia Advisory Board. These services follow additional compliance guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

DarCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your billing portal.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
